Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 31 August 2026
Welcome to DealIt, a community where members find and share the best offers around them. Please read these Terms before you use the app or this site. They form an agreement between you and us, and they apply every time you use DealIt.
Who we are
DealIt is operated by BLOOBLES - F.Z.E, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using DealIt.
Registered address: FL.H-01381, First floor of the building, Ajman Free Zone, Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum St, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
You can reach us about anything in these Terms at dealit@bloobles.com. We read every message sent there.
Acceptance of these Terms
Creating an account means you accept these Terms. So does browsing DealIt without one. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use DealIt.
Who may use DealIt
You must be at least 13 years old to use DealIt. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use DealIt with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You must be 18 or over to spend a ticket and post a deal under your own affiliate tag. Doing so can earn you money, and the affiliate networks require it.
Your account
You are responsible for the information on your account and for everything done through it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has gained access.
Your username is licensed to you for as long as your account exists. It is not sold to you and may not be sold, transferred or traded. We may rename an account without notice where its username is offensive, hateful, obscene or misleading; impersonates a person or an organisation; is claimed by the holder of a trademark; or wrongly suggests an official connection with DealIt. You are then free to pick another name that fits these Terms.
What DealIt is and what it is not
DealIt is a noticeboard. Members post offers they have found at other people's shops and websites. Other members vote, comment and decide what deserves attention.
We do not sell anything. We hold no stock, set no prices, take no payment and ship nothing. When you follow a link and buy something, your contract is with that merchant alone and on that merchant's terms. Any question about the order, the delivery, the warranty or a refund goes to them.
Prices, stock and promotions change constantly and without warning. A deal describes what one member saw at the moment they posted it. We cannot promise it is still there, still at that price or still valid where you live.
How we make money
Links from DealIt to a merchant may carry an affiliate tag. If you buy something after following one, we may receive a commission from that merchant or its affiliate network. This never changes the price you pay.
Members who spend a ticket post under their own affiliate tag instead of ours and keep whatever commission that deal earns. If you do this you are dealing directly with the affiliate network. You must meet its terms, and you alone are responsible for the tax on what you earn. We are not your employer and we do not pay you that commission.
A commission never buys placement. What appears at the top of DealIt is decided by member votes, not by what pays us best.
Points and tickets
Points are awarded when the community engages with what you post. You can exchange points for tickets. A ticket lets you post a deal under your own affiliate tag.
Points and tickets have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with money, sold, moved between accounts or cashed out. They exist to recognise members who contribute. We may correct a balance awarded in error or through abuse, and points and tickets are lost when an account closes.
There is no element of chance anywhere in this system. Nothing is staked, nothing is drawn at random and no outcome depends on luck. What a given number of points will get you is published in advance and is the same for everyone on the same marketplace.
Posting a deal honestly
Post offers that are real and that you have seen yourself. Describe the product, the price and the conditions as they are. Include whatever a reader needs in order to get the same price, such as a voucher code, a minimum spend or an end date.
Where you state a discount, measure it against a price the merchant genuinely charged before. Do not invent a reference price, inflate a crossed-out one or present a permanent price as a limited offer.
Do not post the same deal over and over. Do not post for a merchant without saying so. Do not use DealIt to advertise your own business as though you were an ordinary member who found a bargain.
Deals and content we do not accept
DealIt chooses the offers it carries. Some categories fall outside the catalogue we publish, whatever the price. This is an editorial choice about what we list, not a judgement about anyone who buys or sells these things elsewhere.
We do not accept deals for:
- Interest-bearing finance — loans, credit cards, overdrafts, deferred-payment plans carrying interest or late fees, conventional insurance of any kind, interest-bearing savings and bonds.
- Wagering and chance — betting, casinos, lotteries, prize draws, loot boxes and trading products whose return depends on chance rather than an underlying asset.
- Alcohol and intoxicants — alcoholic drinks, recreational drugs and the accessories made for them.
- Tobacco and nicotine — cigarettes, cigars, shisha, nicotine pouches, vaping devices and liquids.
- Pork and non-halal meat — pork, its derivatives and meat without halal certification.
- Adult material — pornography, sexual services and items marketed on sexual display.
- Occult services — fortune telling, astrology readings, tarot, spellwork, talismans and amulets.
- Musical instruments and music subscriptions — instruments, their accessories and services sold mainly for music streaming.
- Figurative ornaments — statues, busts and figurines sold as decorative representations of people or animals. Children's toys and educational models are not affected.
- Weapons — firearms, ammunition and their parts.
- Counterfeit and illicit goods — replicas, stolen goods, pirated media and prescription medicines sold without a prescription.
That list covers the offers we carry. Everywhere else on DealIt, comments and usernames included, do not post anything unlawful, anything that attacks or harasses another person, anything that stirs up hatred against a group, anything that invades someone's privacy, spam, scams, malware or anything you have no right to publish.
Because we may earn a commission on the offers we carry, this list is also a statement of what we will not earn from.
Your content and the licence you give us
What you post stays yours. We need permission to use it in order to run DealIt, so by posting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt for display and publish your content on DealIt and in material promoting DealIt. That licence lasts as long as you keep the content posted, and for a reasonable period afterwards in our backups.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, that it infringes nobody else's rights and that it follows these Terms.
Reporting and moderation
Every deal and every comment carries a report control. Use it when something breaks these Terms. Use the block control to stop seeing another member at all.
Reports are acted on automatically. Once enough different members report a deal or a comment, it drops out of public view without waiting for anyone to review it. A deal reported as expired is retired the same way. This is deliberately fast, which also means a small number of members can take something down.
We also remove content ourselves once we know it is unlawful or in serious breach of these Terms. If something needs urgent attention, or if you think your content was taken down wrongly, write to dealit@bloobles.com and we will look at it.
Intellectual property
The DealIt name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing in these Terms lets you use them beyond using DealIt as intended.
Merchant names, logos and product images belong to their owners. They appear on DealIt to identify the offer being described.
Privacy
Your use of DealIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it. If you want your account and your data removed, our Data Deletion page sets out how.
Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using DealIt at any time and delete your account from within the app.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that is used to deceive or harm other members or that the law requires us to act on. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why. Content you posted may stay visible in anonymised form so the discussions other members took part in remain readable.
What we do not promise
DealIt is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise it will run uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any particular deal is accurate, current or open to you.
Deals are posted by members and are not verified by us. Check the price and the conditions on the merchant's own site before you buy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- lost profits or lost savings
- a deal that turned out to be unavailable or inaccurate
- a dispute between you and a merchant or another member
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If a claim is brought against us because of something you posted or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and us alone. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for DealIt or its content.
The licence to use the DealIt app is granted for Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. Beyond that refund, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement and claims that the app infringes someone's intellectual property rights.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, including those of your mobile network.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you directly.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms as DealIt changes. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page and announce anything significant in the app. Continuing to use DealIt after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the Emirate of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live.
